Goddess Health & Wellness asks that all clients be courteous and give a minimum of 48 hour's notice if you need to amend, cancel or reschedule your appointment. Last minute cancellations/ rescheduling and no shows for appointments greatly effect our small business and therefore would like to avoid these as best we can. We are able to offer these appointment times to other clients if sufficient notice is given.
Rescheduling & Cancelling
Goddess Health & Wellness will send out a courtesy confirmation message 48-72hrs hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel / reschedule or change what services you have booked in for this can be done without charge within 48 hours of your appointment.
Any cancellations less than 48 hours or not attending an appointment without notice will incur a 50% fee of the booked services or $50 fee. If you have a voucher this will be deducted from your total amount.
No other appointments will be booked until this fee has been paid.
Regular rescheduling of appointments last minute will result with appointments needing to be prepaid.
