Reiki is an energy healing technique using gentle hand movements to guide the flow of a healthy energy Reiki also known as "life force energy" through the client's body to reduce stress, promote healing & balance chakras. Reiki can have many physical & emotional health benefits, including better sleep, improved mood caused by stress, injury or disease helping you to feel more balanced & aligned.
Distance Reiki
Everything is energy & energy is not bound by time or space. Reiki practitioners don't need to be physically touching a client to connect to their energy. Distance reiki is perfect if you live far away, sick, injured or can't travel. The benefits of distance reiki are just as beneficial & powerful as in person sessions.
Emotional Liberation
An emotional liberation session is a powerful tool for releasing blocks & patterns. Supporting you to shift any limitations you may be experiencing. You can let go of everything that is in the way of you living your life with an emotional liberation session. Kids Healing Session
Children's reiki session to help balance and align their energy. Suitable from birth. 30 minute and 60 minute sessions available and can be customised to suit each child. Sound healing can also be a beautiful add on & this can be in person or via zoom.
Crystal Healing
A beautiful, customized crystal healing to help align and balance the chakras. A holistic non-invasive vibrational energy healing using crystals. This service can also be combined with reiki and sound healing. Suitable for Children and adults however not recommended when pregnant.
